I was lucky enough to be chosen to appear on TV with local chef, Bryan Woolley, who does daily cooking segments on the local news channel, KUTV 2 News. He chose my Truffle Brownie recipe to “lighten up”. Right now I simply look at those things and feel my waistline expanding. So I was thrilled at the opportunity to have a lighter version.
