If you like squash of any kind – pumpkin, butternut, spaghetti, acorn – then this recipe round-up is for you! This past month, I was excited to host Monthly Mingle, the creation of talented blogger and photographer, Meeta of What’s for Lunch, Honey?

Food bloggers from various countries sent in their squash recipe submissions, everything from pumpkin crumb cakes to butternut squash gnocchi, and they are all highlighted below. Thanks to all of you for sharing your creativity with us!

Everything looks so good but if I had to pick one it would be that maple roasted pumpkin cake with cinnamon frosting – yum!!

I always get a little upset when I have to give up my beloved summer produce for stuff like squash and root veggies – this list is great inspiration!
