Celebrate Easter with a brunch filled with fresh flavors and seasonal recipes. These Easter brunch ideas include breakfast, salad and tipsy & non-tipsy drink recipes.
It truly feels like spring when I delve into my Easter brunch ideas. Truth be told, it's one of my favorite holidays to celebrate. From the Easter egg hunts (hey, my boys are never too old to enjoy them!) to spending time with family and indulging in warm hot cross buns with butter and a plateful of deviled eggs, there's just something really lovely about the day.
Since we tend to enjoy a late brunch on Easter, the meal is made up of breakfast items, such as quiche, carrot muffins and fruit salad, but we also serve up some lunch-friendly salads and sides. And let's not forget the Caesar cocktails!
If you make any of these recipes, I'd love to see them on Instagram! Just use the hashtag #COOKINCANUCK and tag @cookincanuck, and I'll be sure to find it.
