I was honored when Jen of How To: Simplify asked me to write a guest post for her blog. Her site is filled with recipes and how-to posts that are sure to make your meal preparation easier, not to mention tastier. Considering the name of her blog, I figured now was not the time to prepare something that required three days of simmering or a list full of esoteric ingredients.
