These hearty cookies are packed with oats and dark chocolate, and sweetened with maple syrup and honey. A fantastic treat!
It's been awhile since I've added to my cookie recipes, but these were too good not to share. First of all, they're packed with fiber-filled oats and use tahini rather than butter and eggs to hold everything together. Even if you don't have tahini (sesame paste) tucked away in your fridge, I'm 99% certain that you've eaten it before. You see, it is one of the ingredients commonly found in hummus. You can buy tahini in the peanut butter section of most supermarkets.
