This list of healthy dinner recipes takes the guess work out of meal planning for the week. Week 24 of this Healthy Meal Plan includes both meat and meatless recipes.
I would pay a lot of money to keep the glorious crisp, cool days of fall around all year. I’m a sucker for the quintessential scenes of crunching through fallen leaves, sipping on apple cider (chai flavored!) and wrapping ourselves up in fuzzy cardigans in front of a crackling fire.
And you can’t have crisp, cool weather without warming dishes to counteract the chill. This week’s meal planning turns to a couple of vegetarian soups – one black beans and one butternut squash – and a Sunday dinner that’s not to be missed! Plus, I’ve thrown in a couple of my favorite side dishes.

Each week’s meal plan mirrors the way we eat at home – 90% healthy, with the occasional indulgent meal thrown in. There’s always a mixture of meat and meatless meals, with everything from slow cooker soups and dinner salads to one-pot dinners and breakfast for dinner recipes. A little bit of everything, which is exactly how we eat at our house.

Saturday Baked Fish Marsala with Mushrooms with Toasted Brown Rice with Mushrooms & Thyme
Sunday: Roasted Chicken with Deep Onion-Garlic Gravy with roasted potatoes & shredded Brussels sprouts
