As you’re reading this, we’re exploring the sights and tastes of New York City (follow along with my Instagram stories), and tomorrow we’re watching my younger son’s high school jazz band play at Carnegie Hall, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. My husband and I lived in NYC years ago and I’m so excited to be visiting some of our old haunts and introducing our kids to the city.

Each week’s meal plan mirrors the way we eat at home – 90% healthy, with the occasional decadent meal thrown in. There will be a mixture of meat and meatless meals, with everything from slow cooker soups and dinner salads to one-pot dinners and breakfast for dinner recipes.
