Easy Chicken Vegetable Soup
Onion Celery Carrots Garlic Italian seasoning Chicken broth Shredded chicken Orzo pasta Frozen peas Parsley
Sauté the veggies
Sauté the onion, celery and carrots in a little olive oil until softened. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
Broth & pasta
Add the chicken broth and simmer. Stir in the orzo and cook until tender, stirring frequently.
Chicken & peas
Stir in the shredded chicken and frozen peas. Cook to heat for a couple of minutes. Season, stir in parsley & serve.
Great for meal prep or freezer meals! Freeze in airtight container or ziplock freezer bag for up to 3 months.
