STEP 1:  Cut broccoli into small florets & transfer to food processor.

STEP 2:  Pulse until the broccoli resembles grains of rice.

STEP 3:  Combine broccoli with chickpeas, almonds & other veggies.

STEP 4:  Make the tahini dressing & toss with the salad.

Great for light lunches! Or serve it with a cup of soup for an easy dinner.
