Hoisin Instant Pot Chicken Breasts

One of my family’s favorite weeknight meals! Serve this over rice with stir fried veggies on the side.

Ingredients

▪️3/4 cup water ▪️1/3 c low-sodium soy sauce ▪️3 tbsp hoisin sauce ▪️3 tbsp agave nectar ▪️1 1/2 tbsp minced ginger ▪️1 1/2 tsp rice vinegar ▪️3/4 tsp chili garlic sauce ▪️2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts ▪️1 tbsp cornstarch ▪️2 tbsp water ▪️Green onions, for garnish

Whisk together the sauce ingredients in the Instant Pot.

Add the chicken breasts and turn to coat with the sauce. Cook on HIGH pressure.

Using two forks, shred the chicken breasts.

Thicken the sauce, then stir in the shredded chicken.

Squeeze the lime over the salmon. Serve!
