Instant Pot Turkey Soup

It’s just not Thanksgiving without a big pot of turkey soup! Don't have an Instant Pot? No problem! Stovetop instructions are included, too.

INGREDIENTS

Olive oil Onion Celery Carrots Garlic Sage, rosemary & thyme Chicken or turkey broth Salt & pepper Egg noodles Chopped cooked turkey Parsley

Sauté the veggies

Sauté the onion, carrots & celery in olive oil. Add the garlic & fresh herbs.

Cook

Add the broth & cook  on HIGH pressure. Release pressure, then cook the noodles in the broth.

Add turkey

Stir in the cooked turkey meat, along with the parsley. Season to taste.

Serve it up!

Serve with a big green salad on the side.
