Oven Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Glaze

Pork tenderloin gets all dressed up with an easy maple balsamic glaze. Lean, delicious, quick to make and impressive enough to serve to guests!

Ingredients

▪️1 1/4 lb. pork tenderloin ▪️2 tsp dried rosemary ▪️1/2 tsp garlic powder ▪️1/2 tsp kosher salt ▪️1/2 tsp ground pepper ▪️1 tbsp olive oil ▪️2 tbsp parsley ▪️1/4 c pure maple syrup ▪️3 tbsp water ▪️2 tbsp balsamic vinegar ▪️1 tsp cornstarch

Trim the fat from the pork. Stir together the rub in a small bowl, then use it to coat the pork.

Sear the pork on the stovetop, brush it with some of the glaze, then transfer to the oven.

Roast until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.

Let rest, then slice and drizzle with the remaining balsamic glaze.

Garnish with parsley. Serve!
