STEP 1:  Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally.

STEP 2:  Lightly pound to even out the thickness.

STEP 3:  Make the spice rub.

STEP 4:  Sprinkle the spice rub on flattened chicken breasts.

STEP 5:  Bake until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

Serve with rice & veggies, or slice & serve over a salad.
