Shrimp & Vegetable Stir Fry

This shrimp and vegetable stir fry recipe can be whipped up in minutes.  Toss it with an easy stir fry sauce and your preferred stir fry veggies.

First, sear the shrimp. Then cook the vegetables with garlic & ginger. Pour in the stir fry sauce & simmer briefly.



Serve over rice, cauliflower  rice, quinoa, couscous or noodles.
