Tomato Rice Soup Recipe

Sauté the onions until soft. Add the garlic, oregano and red pepper flakes.

Stir in the crushed tomatoes, broth and rice. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat.

Cover and Simmer until the rice is tender, stirring occasionally. Add parsley and Basil.

Storage and Freezing

Cool the soup, then transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 5 days. Freeze for up to 3 months.
