Step 1

Mix together the spices, herbs & olive oil.

Step 2

Toss the turkey cutlets with the spice mixture until coated.

Step 3

Sear the turkey cutlets on one side until starting to brown, about 2 minutes.

Step 4

Flip and cook on the other side until the cutlets are just cooked through. Don't overcook! Transfer to a plate.

Step 5

Cook garlic, then add broth and white wine. Simmer until the sauce reduces by half.

Step 6

Return the cutlets to the pan and spoon the sauce over top.
