Ingredients

¼-inch slices English cucumber, not peeled

about ½ cup soft goat cheese (chevre)

fig preserves or fig butter

6 slices prosciutto, cut into 24 pieces
rosemary leaves
for garnish
Instructions
Top each cucumber slice with 1 teaspoon goat cheese and ½ teaspoon fig preserves or fig butter.
Arrange a piece of prosciutto on top of each cucumber slice and garnish each one with a rosemary leaf.
Serve.
