Ingredients

  • 24 1/4-inch slices English cucumber, not peeled
  • 2 ounces about ½ cup soft goat cheese (chevre)
  • ¼ cup fig preserves or fig butter
  • 3 ounces 6 slices prosciutto, cut into 24 pieces
  • rosemary leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Top each cucumber slice with 1 teaspoon goat cheese and ½ teaspoon fig preserves or fig butter.
  • Arrange a piece of prosciutto on top of each cucumber slice and garnish each one with a rosemary leaf.
