Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Neufchatel cheese or low-fat cream cheese, room temperature
  • cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons Montmorency tart cherry juice
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

Instructions

  • Place the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. With a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese on medium speed until light and fluffy, scraping down the sides as necessary, about 2 minutes.
  • Add the Greek yogurt, tart cherry juice and maple syrup, and beat until smooth.
  • Serve with apple and banana slices.
