The Salsa:

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium. Lightly coat the grill with oil.
  • Season the pork chops on both sides with oregano, salt and pepper.
  • Place the pork chops on the grill. Cook for 3 minutes on the first side, flip and cook until the pork chops are just cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Serve with the salsa.

The Salsa:

  • In a medium bowl, stir together the cucumber, tomato, olives, feta, basil, oregano, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
