Ingredients

raw cashews

raw pepitas

curry powder

dried tart cherries
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large cast iron skillet.
Add the almonds, cashews and pepitas, then stir in the curry powder, cumin and salt.
Toast the nuts for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in the dried cherries and let the mixture cool. Serve.
