Ingredients

Neufchatel cheese (or ⅓ less fat cream cheese)
room temperature

basil pesto

Instructions
Place the Neufchatel cheese in a large glass bowl. Using a hand mixer, whip the cheese until it is light and fluffy, 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the pesto and salt, and whip until combined.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
