Ingredients

  • 6 ounces ahi tuna cut into ¼-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten free)
  • ¾ teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¾ teaspoon agave nectar
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced
  • ½ teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, stir together the diced tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, agave nectar and green onion.
  • Divide the tuna mixture between 12 Asian soup spoons (appetizer spoons).
  • Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the poke. Serve.
