Ingredients

  • ½ cup cold water
  • 2 cups (packed) fresh spinach leaves
  • ½ banana
  • 1 medium navel orange, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons hemp protein powder (or your favorite kind)
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • ½ cup unsweetened frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup unsweetened frozen mango chunks

Instructions

  • Pour the water into a blender and add the spinach. Puree until smooth.
  • Add the protein powder, flaxseed meal, banana and orange. Puree.
  • Add the pineapple and mango chunks. If your blender has a crushed ice feature, start with that, then puree until smooth.
