Cucumber Salad with Dill Yogurt Dressing
This is one of the easiest summertime salads you can make! This creamy cucumbler salad is dressed with a light dill yogurt dressing.

- 1 English cucumber cut into ΒΌ-inch half circles (about 3 cups)

cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon nonfat milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
Place the cucumber slices in a serving bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, milk, lemon juice and salt. Stir in the dill.
Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and stir to coat. Serve immediately.*
*If serving at a later time, store the cucumbers and the dressing in the fridge separately. Whisk the dressing and add to the cucumbers right before serving.
