Ingredients

  • 2 whole wheat flatbreads
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tomatoes sliced
  • 4 teaspoon or more Dietz & Watson Jalapeno Spread
  • 2 ounces Dietz & Watson Originals Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 2 teaspoons minced cilantro

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Brush each flatbread with 1 teaspoon olive oil. Sprinkle each with half of the garlic powder and salt.
  • Top the flatbreads with tomatoes, jalapeno spread and feta cheese.
  • Bake until cheese is melted and the flatbread is light golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Cut each flatbread into 4 pieces. Serve.
