Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon chai seasoning or to taste
  • 3 apricots thinly sliced
  • cup Chai Spiced Nuts
  • 2 teaspoon honey

The Chai Seasoning:

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt and chai seasoning.
  • Using two small glasses or bowls, layer the chai yogurt, apricot slices and chai spiced nuts.
  • Drizzle each parfait with 1 teaspoon honey. Serve. Stir together before eating, if you wish.
