Ingredients

plain nonfat Greek yogurt

teaspoon
chai seasoning
or to taste

apricots
thinly sliced

Chai Spiced Nuts

honey
The Chai Seasoning:
1 ½
teaspoons
ground ginger
1
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
½
teaspoon
ground allspice
½
teaspoon
ground cloves
½
teaspoon
ground cardamom
Instructions
In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt and chai seasoning.
Using two small glasses or bowls, layer the chai yogurt, apricot slices and chai spiced nuts.
Drizzle each parfait with 1 teaspoon honey. Serve. Stir together before eating, if you wish.

In a small bowl, stir together all of the ingredients.
