Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup brewed coffee chilled
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 8 teaspoons agave nectar or honey or to taste
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 9 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a heavy-duty blender.
  • Blend until smooth. Serve.
