  • 2 tablespoons white or yellow miso
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari for gluten free
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar
  • 1 garlic clove grated on microplane
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil


  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the miso, soy sauce, lime juice, water, agave nectar, garlic and ginger.
  • While whisking, slowly drizzle in the olive oil and sesame oil.
  • Serve, or cover and store in the refrigerator.
