Wow, did you guys ever make this tough! At the beginning of the week, I posted my favorite Cinco de Mayo recipes and asked you to link up your own recipes for the May 5th celebration. Then it was my job to pick my five favorite submissions. Well, 124 submissions later and I was salivating, making out copious shopping lists and completely baffled. How was I going to narrow it down? Please head over to see the submissions because you are bound to come up with your own list of favorites.
Of course, there are a couple of margaritas. Cinco de Mayo just isn’t right without a little tequila and lime. And there are recipes to carry you from the cocktail hour to dinner and dessert. Not all of these are traditional Mexican or even Tex-Mex recipes. However, they all have the flair, spirit and spices to represent the holiday proudly.
Thanks to all of you for your fantastic recipes ideas! You are truly a talented bunch.
