Can be made ahead & reheated in the microwave!

STEP 1:  Briefly blanch broccoli in boiling water & arrange in pie dish.

STEP 2:  Pour in whisked eggs & cottage cheese. Top with Cheddar.

STEP 3:  Bake until set in the center.
