What you need...
Eggs Egg whites Whole wheat tortillas Spinach Avocado Cheddar cheese Salt & pepper
Whisk together eggs, egg whites and water.

Scoop scrambled eggs, cheese & hot sauce on tortilla.

Layer avocado & spinach on top. Cook until cheese melts.

Cut into thirds & serve.

Use feta or goat cheese, or smoked Gouda.
