Onion & garlic
Spinach
Great for meal prep!
STEP 1: Chop the veggies. Sauté the onions & garlic.
STEP 2: Drain & rinse the beans. Other types of beans can be used, if preferred.
STEP 3: Combine all of the ingredients in a slow cooker (crockpot).
Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
