Maple Dijon Dressing is the perfect way to flavor any autumn-inspired salad. Make a batch in less than 5 minutes and use it throughout the week with salads, roasted vegetables or grilled fish and meat.
To a medium-sized bowl, add the apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, grated garlic and salt. Whisk to combine.
While whisking constantly, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the dressing is combined. Serve.
