β cupplain nonfat Greek yogurt
1tablespoonnonfat milk
1teaspoonlemon juice
β teaspoonkosher salt
1tablespoonminced fresh dill
Instructions
Place the cucumber slices in a serving bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, milk, lemon juice and salt. Stir in the dill.
Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and stir to coat. Serve immediately.*
Notes
