Ingredients

roasted red peppers

plain nonfat Greek yogurt

tablespoons
crumbled feta cheese

garlic clove
grated on microplane

teaspoons
extra virgin olive oil

teaspoon
kosher salt

ground pepper

minced fresh dill
Instructions
Place the roasted pepper, yogurt, feta cheese and garlic in a food processor. Puree until smooth.
While the food processor is running, add the olive oil, salt and pepper. Puree to combine.
Add the dill. Pulse a few times. Transfer the sauce to a serving bowl. Serve.
