    Awhile ago, one of my friends sheepishly told me that preparing healthy salmon recipes intimidates her, so she only orders salmon in restaurants. I was surprised because this is someone who I consider to be a very good cook. It turns out that she had a bad experience with cooking salmon years ago, before she had many meals under her belt, and she convinced herself that she and salmon just weren't meant to be.

    I'm guessing that she's not the only one out there that feels that way. Believe me, I've served up my fair share of overcooked or under-seasoned salmon recipes over the years. So, I pulled together some of my favorite salmon dinner ideas from Cookin' Canuck and from some of my favorite blogs. The result?
