Grilled Salmon with Spice Rub
▪️1 lb. salmon, cut into 4 pieces
▪️2 tsp olive oil
▪️1 tsp ground cumin
▪️1 tsp ground coriander
▪️1/4 tsp (rounded) kosher salt
▪️1/4 tsp ground pepper
▪️Juice of 1/4 lime
Stir together the olive oil, spices, salt & pepper.
Rub the spice paste over the skinless side of the salmon.
Place the salmon, skin side up, on the hot grill.
Carefully turn the salmon & close the grill to finish cooking.
Squeeze the lime over the salmon. Serve!
