It feels like just yesterday that I posted 100 Recipe for Weight Loss & Heathy Living in 2016, but that was almost a full year ago. Truly, it's been a busy year for our family - selling our house in Utah, packing up and say good-bye to friends and moving to our new home in Washington state. A lot can happen in just one year!
There have been bumps along the way for everyone in 2016. I think most of us are glad to usher in a fresh, shiny new year, even with all of the changes and uncertainties that may lie ahead. But one thing is certain...good, healthy food is always a welcome diversion.
