To help you get motivated about embracing a healthier new year, I am excited to announce that I’ve teamed up again with with my friend Liz of The Lemon Bowl to host our second annual Healthy New Year 6-Week Challenge! Last year was a huge success and we were inspired by so many of you who made lifestyle changes. Each week we will be focusing on a different topic to help guide you to a healthier, happier lifestyle.
