    Healthy vegetarian dinner recipes are something I can never have enough of! We try to work at least one vegetarian meal into our weekly rotation, so meatless dinner ideas are regularly on my mind. Whether you're aiming for one or two meatless dinners each week or you're someone who has chosen to follow a vegetarian or vegan diet, I guarantee that there are some vegetarian dinner recipes here that you are going to love.

    To make the recipes easier to sift through, I divided them into five categories (and listed the calorie count and Weight Watchers Freestyle SP for each recipe):
