Shrimp Martini Appetizer Recipe with Tomato, Olives & Jalapeno Pepper


Here we are, the day before St. Patrick’s Day and I haven’t posted a thing to celebrate the occasion. So, I’m pointing you towards the Irish Cream Cheesecake Fudge Brownies that I posted last year. I’m thinking of making another batch so that my 7-year old son can use some as bait in the leprechaun trap that he made. Right now, there is a long line of pennies leading to the entrance of the trap, but I have a feeling that any leprechaun worth his Irish salt would appreciate a slightly boozy brownie.

Now, onto this wonderful shrimp martini appetizer. I have Tonya of the blog 4 Little Fergusons to thank for this recipe. When I was perusing the recipes on The Pioneer Woman’s Tasty Kitchen site, the shrimp, tomatoes, olives and jalapeno peppers practically leapt off the page and begged me to run to the store and buy them.


This is truly one of those recipes that I’ll make over and over again. The flavors are absolutely fabulous and this is definitely a recipe put on your menu plan this weekend. Head to the Tasty Kitchen blog for the recipe.
